Just tell him your sorry for being a bit of a ***** and if you had a reason then explain why. As for all the bj remarks well, if that's all it took to make men happy then women really would get away with anything wouldn't they?
Fortunately I think men are actually a bit deeper than that. If you have been horrible to him he will be feeling hurt, even if he can't express it. He needs to know you care for him, so sure go ahead and pamper him a bit too. I suppose a bj might round things off nicely though!

Ooh, how about a sensible answer (as it seems that's what you're looking for)!
If you really want to say sorry do something really nice. I reckon welcome him home from work with a nice meal, candles, bottle of wine, and a dress. And say something along the lines of 'Sorry for....., here's something to make it up to you'.
And my girlfriend is sitting next to me and watching me type this and she isn't even saying 'how romantic' or anything. Though she says she's filing this in her head in case she ever needs to say sorry!
