If there is a Heaven, what would it look like to you? And what would be the first thing you'd ask for? I'd want the love of my life to spend eternity with me, and to never grow old so he'd always be sexy. OR if I got killed, I'd want to know who did it.

I'm not asking for anything. That's not what one should do when invited into the presence of the Lord. I will be there to worship Him for all eternity. I feel that we will have all our questions answered in an instant, OR we won't care whether they are answered or not. I am keeping a list of things I want to know though (just in case): who REALLY killed JFK, if not Oswald?; where IS Jimmy Hoffa?; is there life on other planets?; etc.; etc.

I believe in the afterlife, so when I die.. I get a chance to see my favorite inspirations... Shakespeare, Geoffrey Chaucer, Plato, Aristotle, Tupac, Kurt cobaine, layne staley, Bruce Lee.

Not only that, but I would meet my whole lineage, and get a chance to talk to them about life, when they were here on Earth.

I do believe in God, so I vision Heaven just like Earth, but in a higher plane of existence with no time.. There is no such thing as time or clocks anymore because it wouldn't matter... The soul is immortal, and we have the opportunity to learn more and grow forever.

No more jobs, no more stress, no more worries...

You will be perfected in Christ all your insecurities, misunderstandings melt away, the holy ghost is within you and if you die in Christ you are purified and understand all things instantly. The human condition melts from your being, you become one with God. I had a dream where this happened recently and I was "perfected" in Christ, prior to this I didn't understand what that word meant. I hope you can relate it was really beautiful. It helps me accept others and their imperfections and I feel like I don't have to question so many things of the world anymore.

I haven't thought about what heaven looks like. I want to feel the warmth of love, family, and friends.

First, I would want to kiss the feet of the man so good that he would die for me. Then I would want to see my grandmother who has been gone for almost 15 years. I would want to sing with the angels, see the disciples, see the streets of gold and walls of jasper, thats what I want to do.

An apology for not caring enough to prevent millions of people from being murdered in wars (which were fought in the name of God), and for not creating an effective remedy for poverty and disease.

I've been praying to get enough sleep for the longest time. Maybe that is what I would want first. A nap.
