If she doesn't have it already, a leap pad learning system. It is really fun for kids and educational. They have programs even for very young children to introduce them in learning new words, pictures, and reading them stories.

OMG there is so much to give a three year old girl. You could get her a barbie, stuff animal, clothes, coloring book so she can learn how to color, any sort of toy that little girls find interesting. If you don't like any of my options you can go to Toys-R-Us and ask an employee for help. Trust me your going to find something for her and I'm sure she will enjoy it because little kids get amazed with allot of things. Good luck!
Ciao~

A doll with the hair brush and fake makeup or a little dress up kit so she feels like a big girl.

I would think any of the fisher price toys -like the castle set or parts of it(its promotes imagination) or something like colouring books and non-toxic crayons and a little outfit. It depends what she is interested in.Even a DVD or VHS like Sesame street or Dora.

a trampoline that is enclosed, it's great exercise.
I have nieces, nephews and children of my own. ranging from two years to ten years in age and they all love it, this is something that you can enjoy as well, but it is costly and the net encloser is a must, to keep her from falling off. OR get her a small small bike with training wheels. I would get something that will involve activity, it's good exercise and it's fun

Some cute books that will teach learning tools such as colors, alphabet, etc. Maybe a little dress up set with clothes and jewelry.

Books, I almost always give books to kids. Unless I know them well and know something else they will like alot. I also like to give little art kits with carrying handles, kids love those.
