i have a framing crew and i wanna take them to new orleans who could i call and ask about that can someone help me here as much info on it as you can plz i appreciate it

Also, there is something called the good neighbor plan. I'm not 100% sure what it is, but from what I understand it involves the government and community and such in the rebuilding of NO. For more info, see cityofno.com
I live half an hour outside of New Orleans. Images on the news don't do the devastation justice. It's very depressing.

I really appreciate what you want to do here... I live 3 hours north of new orleans and just went thru there on my way home yesterday... It still looks like a War Zone in Lebanon.... and it will be a year next month....
Our gulf coast area is still a mess also....
I dont have a phone book of new orleans..handy but call directory assistance,, ask for the mayors hotline number,,, I bet you someone there can help get you to who or what you want...

contact habitat for humanity as they are surely helping down there. also contact a local large southern baptist church as the southern baptists are sending work groups in a lot. maybe a local church will be able to put you in touch with the right people. good luck and God bless.

idk. but i live really close to new orleans :) i volunteered in baton rouge at the river center. the people were so nice. and john travolta came.
