Take a warm bath with lavender bubble bath, sometimes with a lavender candle burning as well. Drink a cup of Chamomile tea, lie down and turn on a light movie or tv show.

I listen to some music that I like to listen to. Usually, this is either Gospel music or classical, or classic country.

I also play games of pyramid solitaire just before I go to bed. This gets my mind off the day just ended, and I am ready to start the next day. I hope this helps you.
