how to measure you need a ruler a knife and needle and thread. rub and suck on the penis until erect take the knife and cut the penis off. measure with ruler, if under 6 inches laugh and trow away. if larger use the needle and thread to sew back on.

you might want to give the guy an ego boost...lol...measure when he is erect. if you measure when he is soft and floppy the measurement will be a lot smaller. and i think being a guy if he tells anyone about the size of his penis....he would prefer the larger of the two.

both get a measure for down time and a measure for the up time so u can compare how much it goes. But i think it counts more when it is up cuz that is the time using it for ur pleasure.

Great question - the best way is to measure when he first gets out of a cold pool from swimming, then measure again when it's erect. THAT will tell you how much bigger it can get!!!

It is not "when he is horny" it would be when he is ERECT. Erect not flaccid. Oh and you didn't ask but it is from the top - starting the measurement up against the body - not on the underside.
