You would have to do it through your command. Contact personel (PSD) at your last command, or your former Division Officer. If you do not have the phone number to your command look for it on the internet. Or email me and I will find it for you.

what does your DD214 SAY as far as category of Discharge? what's your RE code? if it's a 3 or 4, you may not be able to just re up . If you were NCS and did your 15 months active did you check off that you'd be willing to crossrate if needed? Is your rating undermanned?

regardless, you must go back to your last Command to do anything.

You can definitely still re-enlist. You should be able to do it through the PSD that out processed you, or if you have left the area, go see a recruiter. They'll be able to hook you up. Good Luck! Fair Winds and Following Seas Shipmate.
