I mean, I doubt it would be as strong, but does it stain teeth, stunt growth, keep you up, etc? I'm especially interested in whether or not it stunts growth...? Thanks.

Coffee ice cream contains coffee--you can see it on the list of ingredients. So coffee ice cream contains caffeine and will generally have the same effects as coffee itself, although, as you point out, it is diluted and not as strong.

Caffeine does not stunt growth. This is a myth.

The thing about stunting growth is a myth. I don't think coffee ice cream has caffeine in it, so you don't have to worry but it has the flavourings in it to make it taste like coffee. If you aren't sure check the ingredients label on the container before you buy it.
