It could just be your body needs to readjust to a natural level of hormones now you've stopped taking the pill. it's unlikely you are pregnant if you've had two negative tests and no symptoms.

It is most likely your hormones re-adjusting after stopping the pill. If youve taken two pregnancy tests.. that should be reassuring to you.. on the other hand you didnt mention whether or not you had unprotected sex since stopping your birth control pill.
Depending on how strong your pill is.. sometimes even skipping one day can cause spotting. Each pill and each body is different. I would definitly stop having unprotected sex for at least two weeks and take another test. If your not wanting to be pregnant now.. i suggest you just chill until you do this. NO sense in panicing now.

You are ok this is normal. I stopped taking my birth control pills on May 16th, the first day of my period I spotted a week later and then.......nothing!!! 81 days and counting, no sign of a period and I am not pregnant. I have asked around myself and it seems that this is normal. Your body needs time to adjust from the pill.
Good Luck

If you are as worried as you sound - go to your doctor and check. Keep in mind you stopped the pill which is a hormone, so your body is going to adjust to the change. But it would be in your best interest to check with your doctor.

I bet you that your body is just having to adjust. You might want to let your doctor know what is going on and he can give you a blood test that will definately tell you if you are prego. Good Luck.
