nothing. she's a puppy. she's going to be excited. it is just their nature. Just be stern. she has to learn to differentiate between playtime and normal time

Put the collar higher on her neck and hold the leash up directly over her head so she can't bite it. You may even want to try having a heavy play session before walking to wear her out. Restrict the leash as well so she is forced to walk to your side. If she jump on you, hold the leash out farther to the side. Continue to work with her daily for few weeks. If you have no luck, try a choke collar.

4 months is old enough to start obedience training. I'd start training her with basic commands or enroll in a puppy class.

Take a few treats with you. Patiently wait until the dog does do what you tell it, even if a complete accident, and give it a treat and pet it and be real positive. Every time it does what you want, positively reward it, tapering off on the treats, but lavishing praise. The dog will learn.

You have let her believe she is the boss. i kno it sounds mean, but until you physically punish her, she won't behave for you. When she bites her leash or jumps on you, hold her down and slap her while telling her bad dog. It won't take long for her to realize that you are the boss, and she must do what you tell her.

When she jumps, very lightly place your foot on her hind feet. Not to injure her. This will take several times until she learns.
Each time say "down". She will connect the word with actions.

Practice what you are doing over and over, offer a tiny treat when she does something right. Only if she does it right. Be firm.
