You know what? It's either one of those stupid question or perhaps the does in your sentence meant to be doesn't but misspelt.
I dont even bother to answer if it is does, but if it is meant to be doesn't then here is your answer.
Go to control panel (I am assuming you are using either window xp, 98 etc.), now if you are using xp then at top left hand corner you see where it says "switch to classic view", click that, but remember to switch it back when you finished(not that it mattes),
then go to mouse (you will see the icon too), then double click the mouse, then a box will open, choose motion tab at top, then experiment with speed and acceleration till you get the desired mouse movements, when happy ensure you click apply and ok. Good luck.

If it has a ball in it, remove the ball and use some air to remove the dust. Perhaps there are bent pins that connect the mouse to the computer? Try unplugging it and then plugging it back in?

if your mouse has a ball in bottom take ball out and clean it were the ball sits inside moouse clean with cotton buds to get all fluff out

if you mouse is a new one with a light underneath clean with cotton buds and clean mouse mat two or buy another mouse mat

if this dont work by a new mouse yours is broken!

you need to twist the housing at the base and scratch the fluff out to regain full cursor mobility
