My wife was a contractor in Iraq last year. She told me stories that would warm your heart. A woman that cried while thanking our soldiers because her child was finally able to go to school because of them. Why doesn’t the media portray good things so as to balance the bad things that happen as well? I am ashamed of our American media. Don’t pretend things are all rosy but don’t pretend like its 100% **** either. It’s called balance. A balanced media.Thats what I want. A balanced media approach. Not a biased media.

It would be a good start. The problem is that everything we get is skewed because we are getting only what people see, not the entire story. If you have 5 people in a conversation and ask them about the conversation, they'll all give you a different view point. They aren't purposefully skewing it to their viewpoint, it is just what they saw/encountered.

I'm with Eye...I NEVER watch FoxNews because it's owned by neocons, but yes, even in CNN, I know some of it is controlled and henceforth we are subject to propaganda
