I was just curious if I was the only person who didn't get that same feeling from talking on the phone with my girlfriend anymore. At the begging of my relationship I could talk and talk and talk. Now theres not much conversation. It mostly checking on each other and seeing how their day has been and all the normal stuff. Is this normal and is it just because I know her well that there isn't much to explore with conversation?

I just would like to let you know I am not 12. It is just that I do not get to see her very often and the phone made up a good basis of our relationship and it brought my question to mind.

It's normal and what do you expect when you know her well. I get where you are coming from cause I'm going through the same thing. Or instead of talking on the phone try going out with her instead. You could always try asking dirty questions over the phone and make a conversation off of each others answers.

It never was "great" to me in the first place. I do not like to talk on the phone to "chat". I am not a "chatter." If someone calls me they better have a good reason-except for my mom, who if I told her that, she would get me!
