God threw the devil out of Heaven. Now he's authorized to stroll the Earth to make certain that some human beings will carry on with God and not him. yet, in case you examine in Revelation you will see the devil would be forged into the lake of fire. I uncertain if this might kill him. That as much as God.

Nope. If you are a believer in the bible you already know that God ultimately created EVERYTHING...including the devil. After all, the devil, according to biblical text, was first an angel of light before falling from grace to become the devil. God created him...and then he became the devil.

I don't think the Devil has the power to do that. But there may be another planet with spirits, demons, that chose to follow the Devil. Why don't you ask God?

According to the traditional Christian teaching on who and what the devil is, no.
The devil has become a purely negative and destructive force. The only thing he can create is trouble, which technically isn't creating at all.
The devil can only tear down, only destroy, only corrupt and sully the things in this world already created by his own Maker.
The first thing Satan destroyed was his own person and he has been on a roll ever since.

first .. you cant say god V devil because god created the devil and none of gods creations can be good enough to come against him.. second.. the devil cant create creatures.. he is just a living thing like human biengs with limited abilities... god gave the devil the ability to provoke people to commit sins.. and by that he is testing people around the world...

Devil cannot create.creation is attribute of God only.but devil can make humans to follow and would always do evil.whereas men of God will never astray from the right path.

It is somewhat possible. But the sources(Bible, etc) regarding the devil's abilities do not mention if he could or could not create other being.
