Honestly, I trust what you say about your cat not being teased. I think the cat is probably just playing with no real intention of hurting anyone. The cat needs to be trained on "good" play and "bad" play. I would keep a spray bottle handy to give her a squirt next time she attacks someone's leg. If no spray bottle is handy give her a resounding NO and tap her nose. DO NOT HIT OR HURT HER!! Just giving her a tap with the NO will get her attention. I had a cat who loved to attack my hair. He didn't realize he was hurting me. So when he started it I would blow in his face. It was enough to make him blink and take a step back. He learned very quickly that my face and hair was off limits.
If your cat has a lot of kitten left in her then you need to help guide her along with playing.
If you have any issues with the cat not allowing a certain member of the family pet her. Have that person NOT pet her for a while. And every time the person is around your cat make sure they talk to the cat in a non-threatening voice, maybe just sit near the cat (not too close) and continue this for a while.
Cats are individuals just like people. Some are more social then others.

Is she that way with you? If not, then your dad and sis(how old is sis, anyway?) probably treat her mean or just scared the heck out her a while back. Did they want a cat in the first place or did they just cave in to your pleading? As far as attacking your mother's legs, a lot of cats seem to find legs irresistable and just have to play with them, usually they grow out of it. I've had plenty of scratches to show for it. Vet told me to wear heavier pants, lol. Do you have toys for her to play with? That might help take the pressure off your mom. I have a couple of cats that hate my guts.....we have an agreement....I leave them alone and they leave me alone. Does she get to go outside at all? Maybe she is feeling too confined and needs some freedom. Good luck.

whilst cats are declawed it fairly is an exceedingly painful and worrying journey for. they're reducing their feet off on the 1st knuckle. so which you took an already anti-social cat and placed her with the aid of this terrible technique. this would have been prevented in case you had completed analyze earlier hand. Cats don't experience hate or different human thoughts. human beings decide to think of that they do, yet they actually do no longer. A cat's habit is precisely instinctual and consistent with sensory enter, distinctly listening to and smell. Their reaction to us is consistent with feeling look after and being waiting to have faith us. And it fairly is a Siamese. no longer something against the breed yet they're very inbreed that would reason habit issues. So what this all comes all the way down to is that your cat, which already had habit issues, does not have faith you and it probably never will. you would be able to desire to in basic terms love her from afar.

Cats do tend to "choose" one person they are comfortable with. I gather yours is still a "kitten", under a year old. It's time to "socialize" your baby. Talk with the vet. You say she "attacks" your mom's legs. That can be a game to your kitty. You say she is hateful, but you don't elaborate on what she does that's so hateful. If it's just ignoring other people, that's a preference, not hate. I have a 3 year old that will let "strangers"(anyone who doesn't live in this house)pet her a few times. THEN she will hiss and Bat at them....Love your kitty...give it time and do some reading on how to train her.

Some cats are just a ONE PERSON CAT. No matter how hard you wish or hope it won't change. You don't own a cat the cat owns you or your family. She might lighten up in time. But it is possible that she is just devoted to you. So please dont freak out and don't let your family convince you that you need to get rid of her. She has made her choice and she is sticking to her guns on this for the moment. Dont freak out and dont stress over this. It happens .. Believe you me .. I have a one person cat and I warn people of her action and behavior and if they are stupid enough to try and prove me wrong and they get nailed so be it their fault not mine .. Enjoy your cat and love her ... You belong to her and she wants no other .. More faithful than a man ever will be .. hehehe

Is she hateful or just playing. If she is young she may just be playing. I have a younger cat that has no control of himself at all. He loves to chase and attack you, and if you're not paying attention to him he'll come after you so you chase him and play.

Cats are not stupid, they know who likes them and who doesn't..cats re-act to tension, within their home..I believe cats can read body language, and faces . I know mine can!.".kitties", re-act to how they are treated...Cats don't attack people for "no" reason..you be nice to your kitty and she will be nice to you,(this also applies to family, and friends.)...Good luck
