I know that premarital sex is morally wrong, so i would assume that pregnancy would be too, but I'm not quite clear about how that works. If anyone has any Bible verses pertaining to this, it would greatly be appreciated.

Well since premarital sex is morally wrong, like you said then conceiving a child by that means would be morally wrong. However there are plenty of people that choose to get married to those they make the child with, and this is of course good in God's eyes. :)

This is a serious question. Be careful about taking any answer too seriously.

Here is my point of view:
Some of the major themes of the New Testament and of Jesus Christ's life is that sin is in the heart, forgiveness is available for all, and only God is qualified to judge us.

Furthermore, you may have sinned when you had premarital sex (that is between you and God), but God designed your body, God designed pregnancy, and God gave your baby life within you. Your pregnancy is NOT morally wrong, it is a gift from God.

Not loving your baby within you, not taking care of your body while your baby is within you, and not being thankful for your baby would be morally wrong.

Another theme of Jesus life was "go and sin no more". Please, accept his forgiveness, and enjoy the blessing God has given you -- love your baby and learn to love yourself.

Yes. It would be considered to be very wrong. In biblical times it would be an obvious indication that you had fornicated before marriage. Why else do you think that Mary fled into the wilderness? As a pregnant, unmarried woman she would be guilty of premarital sex and liable to be put to death.

There is nothing in the Bible stating pregnancy before marriage is wrong, though it does say fornication (sex outside of marriage) is wrong. If an unmarried person gets raped & gets pregnant, it is not a sin to carry the child.

A child born out of wedlock is an abomination. It says that in the Bible, but I don't know the exact verse.

You're right...SEX before marriage is wrong and sinful. Pregnancy is just a result of that sin. It could have happened to a number of us, including myself. God LOVES that baby, but hates the sin of fornication...

Also, this is not a good forum to get Biblical answers...be careful who you "listen" to...

In this age of artificial insemination, and suregate mothers, this can be tricky, whether it's morally wrong or not I think depends on whether or not that baby will be offered a stable, married, mommy and daddy to raise him/her.
