To say God is not real is to make yourself a god.?

Look at our system of goverment, it has a "god" (Congress). Men make laws to control other men. You can only control something if you have power over it. Without God, morals do not exist. There is no right or wrong only what the stronger party dictates as right or wrong, therefore making that dominant party "god". I do not care how you twist this water-tight logic but the fact still remains that there can be no moderation without a moderator. Our own law even states that all men are created equal. By the laws of Darwinism , the strongest survive and thrive, therefore becoming the "god' of the species. So lets get to the heart of the matter , whats the advantage of saying there is no God, it automatically puts power in the next assumed dominant party(ex. Goverment) . Thats why you will never see a poor man who is an aheist. Atheism is a "rich mans" religion.

I disagree. An atheist wouldn't believe in the possibility of a god, so how would politicians become deitites? Besides, they don't have control over what anyones does. Murdering other people is illegal, but people still do it. It's a choice they're still free to make. It's just the consequences people don't like. It's a persons belief of what is right and wrong that keeps them from doing the 'wrong' things. Some people get that moral fiber from religion and their belief in god, and some people grasp the concepts naturally.

But then you're not really looking for an answer are you? I also disagree with your last statement. Why can't a poor person be an atheist? Who better than someone who is down and out to have a disbelief in a god that loves everyone. If he loved a poor person, wouldn't he try to help them? Wouldn't he make sure they could buy their kids nicer clothes so they wouldn't get teased and beat up at school? Would a god let a husband beat his wife and then be cruel enough to have the authorities tell her she's lying??? Some of my friends have denounced the possibility of a god for reasons along those lines.

Absolutely not! To say God is not real and to say you are a god is the farthest from the truth. I've never broken the law, never felt inclined to and I certainly don't consider my self a god. "Morals" exist just fine without the fear of hell behind them. Although I note you're indicating that it's only the fear of hell that stops you from committing a crime.

Yes it is all about control, we dominate each other in many ways. Either Aggressive, or passive aggressive.
And yes all my atheist friends are very rich. 1st they became atheist's and then they became rich. Why? They learned to dominate their own emotions, instead of being a slave to them.
Are you jealous? Are you a slave to your own over sensitive emotions? Do you often regret what you did or said to someone? Out of control? The need to dominate others is the easy way to feel in control, but only for a moment.
