I don't want short hair or it too drastic but I want it to be easy to maintain. What should I do?

You should cut it a few inches and then cut some more in a month or so. That way you can gradually get used to the idea of having a little shorter hair. Get it in layers, that would make your hair full and wavy and easy to take care of. However the idea of donating your hair is wonderful and sweet and something you should consider. So many people have cancer and to have real hair would be so sweet. All you have to cut is 6 inches and you will have so much hair left and it goes to such a great cause. Do it! Think of the smiles on the childrens face. You will feel like a million bucks!

I am having the same problem. I have an appointment to go in on Monday and get about 6 inches cut off {yikes!}} I am so nervous! It is just way too hot outside to have this much hair, plus it takes too long to dry and flat iron. Hey, maybe we can go through this together and it won't be as painful! I'm sure we'll both like the cut after we get it done. I am cutting mine to just below my shoulders and adding some touch up highlights.

Try cutting it to the middle of your back. Add some highlights and lowlights to your hair. Maybe try a body wave to give it some volume or put some layers in it. Have fun and be creative. Hope this helps

I think u should cut ur hair A little longer then breast length and get long layers, it'll make it easier to manage and wont be cuttin off too much, and that way its still long enough to stlye and yet determine whether or not you would like to go shorter.

I think you should cut it too! I use to have long hair like that, but never again, it is too much trouble. If you don't like it it will grow back!

If you don't want your hair to short but easy to maintain try shoulder length hair or a little below.I have a little below shoulder length hair and it's perfect.You can do anything you want with it and it's easy to maintain.Take my advice it's PERFECT!

omg dont cut it short ull regret it, just cut a couple in and get layers or a face frame, ull be happy, i cut my hair short and i kinda miss it long, im doing anything and everything to make it grow

please dont cut all your preaty hair of maybe trim it or get it styled layered o somethin you like so it is managable some people pay thousand just to get long hair in my opinion if you are going to do it do it for a cause like locks of love of a cancer society just my personal opinion not that anyone cares about my opinion lol but just though I' answer you question

Don't cut it! Change your boyfriend instead. Find one who will take care of your hair. And go for longer hair.
