Go outside, and take a walk by yourself, try to enjoy the nice day and just breath.
I'm not sure if this will help but I find I can be very negative towards myself, some days all I can hear is my negative side saying 'your not good enough' or 'you can't do this'. This is stressful and distracting. Then someone told me to try the mental diarrhea exercise...
Every morning after you get up write 1-3 pages in a book of whatever comes to your mind, every negative self-bashing thought should go in there, even the thought 'why am I doing this?'. Then close the book, don't read it, and hide it someplace safe. You shouldn't think about spelling or grammar or even if it makes sense, WHATEVER thought that occurs goes down. By doing this every morning you will clear your head of all those unwanted thoughts, I've found I can focus much better after wards because it clears my head. (note: this is not a diary, so don't think of it like one, it's not about your day or life, it's about you and all the little whispering doubts that stress you out)
And my dear, please talk to someone if it's really bad. I lost a good friend to suicide when she was only 14. It doesn't have to be your parents, since you're on the net you can probably find some good groups for teens like yourself, maybe some other will be helpful and post some links for you.
Have you ever looked at www.postsecret.com, it a site where people share there deepest secrets, and many people have found it to be an eye opener for their own problems.

Talk to someone you trust, engage in positive hobbies, avoid excessive alcohol, find ways of litterally reducing stress through better time management and avoiding stressful situations if possible. Get plenty of sleep and eat right - thats pretty big actually. Comedy - I always recommend getting in touch with your sense of humor, it works wonders to know how to laugh. You can also learn to meditate, practice martial arts or just physical activity in general. Spirituality is a good place to find ease. Sometimes I like to just have a nice hot bath with a cold beer. Regular sexual activity helps me out. Don't be afraid to spoil yourself every now and again too.

Exercise. Bikrams yoga is my favorite. Also if your only 13 and you have that much stress you really should talk to your parents or if they are the reason of the stress talk to someone else you can trust. You shouldn't have a lot of stress at your age. I will pray for you.

Just have to realize that stress is part of life. I know it is hard for a 13 year old to cope this, but there is counseling. See a professional!

Meditation, reading, listening to music, doing something you like to do (crafts, playing music, etc.). You might try to talk with your folks about the stress you're feeling; if they are the stress causers, try a counselor at school.

Exercise and eating right is the best remedy. Also: try new things. I find that when I feel stressed and I just stop to take a breather and do something new, it lifts my spirits.

The occasional yoga video or home spa treatment or morning walk are all big stress-reducers for me.
