Squats. Those really do work. When you go down, squeeze your butt so it firms it. Look straight ahead and squeeze your bum while bending your knees. Try using heavy weights that allow you to do only 6-15 reps of squats.
Ball squats. This is an alternative to traditional squats. Place an exercise ball against a wall so you can rest the middle part of your back on it. Hold weights in each hand and lower your body down, legs hip wide apart.
Lunges. (However, some suggest squats rather than lunges, saying that lunges may flatten and tighten your butt, while squats will make it rounder and firmer.)
Walking lunges.
Kickbacks or "donkey kicks". This is where you kick your leg back while on all fours. Do 12 repetitions with 2 sets, three times a week and you will see results in two weeeks.
Standing kickbacks with weight.
Side and back kick outs.
Stairs. Try running up and down stairs holding in your stomach,
Walk uphill on your toes (this also builds your calves).
Jog on a treadmill with a hill incline.
Running bleachers.
Leg curls.
Weightlifting, by target training, remembering that you have to tightly squeeze the butt in order to target that area.

Eating crap isn't going to give you a nice big bum, it's just going to make you big. You need to strength train your glutes with high weights and less reps.
Get on all fours and bend one leg to point sole of foot to ceiling then straighten leg pushing sole to ceiling. This is a pretty basic one but it will work. Don't forget to keep your abs tight throughout. Add some ankle weights so that you can only do about 8 reps at a time (each side) and then do each side three times (even reducing reps by one each time, for a total of around 24 reps each side)
You may gain a pound or two, but it will be muscle so don't freak!

Butt cleavage or breast cleavage? Well, I'm a D cup and as for my butt is going I can't speak approximately different men however my husband may be very content material with it. If I needed to prefer, I'll take the butt.

i was going to suggest taking on the american diet, but youve already said "without gaining jumbo fat by eating junk foods" how about concentrating on a fit healthy sexy butt? i know its not in fashion in America, but with a bit of luck it may come back in fashion.
