Yes it has Twin Turbo's. and no its not a gas guzzler. It gets 23 to the gallon. Im in Florida if anyone is interested.

atwork, why in the world would someone want to buy a gas guzzling, pollution spreading Mazda RX7? They may be quick, and look slick but they suck up the petrol in a hurry!!!!!
