It could be like some have said, a reaction to a shot, which generally takes up to 6 weeks to go away. Don't let your vet give any shots with Lepto in it. The little dogs are known to have reactions to it.
Or could be a fatty tumor, which generally are harmless, but can grow and look ugly. Vets generally say, if it is not bothering the dog, it does not need to be taken off. Next vet visit have him look at it.

Did you recently have your puppy vaccinated?
If your puppy has a "lump" below her jaw, it may be an enlargement of the submandibular lymph node.
This is a common reaction to vaccination.

Could also be swollen lymph nodes.

It could also be a tumor and possibly malignant.
Best thing is to have a Vet check it as soon as possible.

has your puppy recently been vaccinated? if the lump is close to the shoulder blades, it could just be where the shot was given. if that's not the case, bring your puppy to the vet. they can determine the cause.

Take your puppy to a vet as soon as possible,if its something that needs attention, the longer you leave it,the worse for your pup it will be. Do the sensible thing, go get him checked out.
