There is a herbal remedy, which they calim is "proven" - might be worth a try:
http://www.nativeremedies.com/ocd-alternative-treatment.shtml?ovchn=OVR&ovcpn=Overture+UK&ovcrn=ocd&ovtac=PPC
It would be worth contacting the OCF - they can give you information and offer support groups. They also have a list of treatments and I think some of these can be purchased on line.

Hope this helps:>) and God Bless you.

Meditation if u can do it, then u are letting those obsessive thoughts come and go without a reaction, at the end of the day they are only thoughts not reality, relax and don't worry, if u have it very bad see the doc and get some fluoxetine (prozac) 2 tabs a day and you will improve. I tried hypnosis but no good, reiki no good, 5 HTP, st john's wart no good, fruit mmm?, good luck and remember most people have OCD to a certain degree, were all a little neurotic.

Basically, if you've ever been thinking about applying hypnosis to be able to control the results of talks to your benefit, then you'll probably have a pastime in what's being shown in Black Ops Hypnosis, an online plan that you will find here https://tr.im/8JRVx .
This system, Black Ops Hypnosis consists in 3 principal patterns. The methods from Black Ops Hypnosis are very realistic and work very well in reality.
Black Ops Hypnosis is among the most used hidden and covert hypnosis products and services and it's offered properly in to the tens and thousands of copies worldwide.

Yes!! But it's going to be hard!! Firstly, you need to understand that to stop ritual behaviour you must expose yourself to the anxiety. For instance, if you believe that bad things will happen if you don't wash your hands, you must face that anxiety of not washing your hands. Over time, with a lot of practise, you will notice that the anxiety slowly becomes lower and lower. It helps to keep track of your anxiety in a diary. Rate your anxiety using a 0 - 8 scale. I've helped many people with OCD's regain their lives using this framework, but it does take a long time, and a lot of hard work. Good luck x

live with me for a week lol sorry, its a psychological problem of some sort which i think its mostly caused with chemical imbalances. mayby you have to much energy and your brain is too active so you always need to be doing something. try diffrent diets or excercise or something else to put your energy into energy can come from your brain and not calories. if i'm right you will probably be thin and find it difficult to put wait on and you have a metabolism is to high.excercise increases the metabolism and i might seam contradictory, but exercise will make you healthier and your brain will slow down causing your metabolism to slow down. if you are in the house often and excersise may be difficult try meditation.

Unfortunately, there isn't too much out there. You might try meditation, visualizing yourself going through your daily routine without repeating any process in the vision. Otherwise, you really should get counseling and see if medication is needed. If you know and/or understand the basis behind the behavior, you're half way there. Good luck

You have my deep sympathy and support. There are ways to deal with OCD. I thank you for being so brave to put this question out.
1. Emotional Freedom Technique EFT can be downloaded from www.emofree.com for FREE.
This is tapping, tap in the endpoints of your meridians, to get rid of the ocd charge your meridians hold. Within a couple of rounds you can free yourself form the worst part of your OCD
I so hope this will work for you.
The next one is all about belief systems, I usually embrace anything new and see if it works for me. The Ven cure has done it for me, so hopefully for you to. Just find out for yourself and see if this might be the one for you.
Alfons Ven has helped me become a very resourceful man who has come to stand in his power. I'm in cure eight now and feel very supportive and strong I can highly recommend this its very simple and very effective cure. check out www.alfonsven.com.
Please be sure not to order through email but talk to Alfons himself, he can recognize voicepatterns and put things in the cure which help you more precise.
Love Maria

There is no sucessful way to self-cure a mental illness.
Mental illness is a medical issue. If you truly have OCD, you need to start by talking to someone, perhaps find a support group.
