I dont know about xanies spacifically, but most pills stay in your system for 3-7 days (in your urine, if thats what you mean)
to the girl above me, I know a girl who took 22 at once (not sure of the mgs) and still woke up!

Zanex is not something to play with. You play tricks with your head by doing so.
Anyhow, typically Zanex last 4hrs in your system(but depends on the milligrams)
