That sounds like a type of athlete's foot i get red bumps on the arch of my foot that itch then dry out in a circle and the dead skin flake off i use bleach on my feet and in the bathtub it stops the itching but if you don't use it all the time you'll never get rid of it

if you are wearing closed shoes, like gym shoes and the weather is hot where you live, S T O P, your feet need's to breath, get some foot powder and everynight before bed, wash the area well, and apply foot powder

heat rash , does it itch < could be any number of things. but as long as it does not itch , or hurt give it some time in the open . but if it get worse see a doctor at your earliest convince .

Erythema nodosum, is a possible option. But i would say a viral rash. Send me more information and i can probably diagnose it

it is Splinters because your shooes are probably to small or to tight. Put bandages on the splinters and put socks on top then put on Your shoes on and Change your bandages daily until they are better
