Depends on how badly you love the navy. I'm on terminal leave too, and I'm happy to be getting out. I've done 10 years and was miserable at my shore command. You need to get a hold of your command PNC, Career Counselor, and your Chief and talk it over. Really talk it over with your family.

In general, you can reenlist up to 24 hours after your end of enlistment without penalty. If you have your DD214, you should look up your reenlistment code just to make sure they recommended you for reenlistment. If you wait until the last minute to make a decision, you could be losing out on a reenlistment bonus if one is available to you. You can contact your Command Master Chief at your last usit or your nearest recruiting office for more information.

I've got to agree with darkemoregan. Talk it over with your family and friends. I would suggest doing it soon, so all can have a day or two to think about it, and be able to give you thoughtful advice.

As a Navy Mom, may I warn you of an emotional first reaction from your parents and siblings. After the news has settled in though, they may see if all the changes you have gone through have helped or hindered you. Like myself, they haven't marched in your boots, but they do see what you have become.

I would also suggest talking with the Navy Chaplain. Not for religious reasons, but he has seen and heard it all. They can pretty much cut through BS faster than anyone on the planet. I would hold his opinion in high regard.

Thank you for your service in the Navy. Thank you also for serving alongside my Sailor.

Honor Courage Commitment - Keep in mind my brave Sailor, you can still live these words no matter what path you choose to take.

First, a factual note: British mandate of Palestine included also what is now Jordan and also some parts of Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Second, Israel will win out of pure desperation. As always.

I suggest that you talk to your chief petty officer, in the unit in which you're assigned. If you are not assigned to a unit, then call a navy recruiter at the local MEPS office, they will advise you.

Ask your CMC, they will know who to talk to if nothing else. But at 20 days from sep you maybe too late. Depends on your rate.

I thinks it to late, I think you have 60 days from your out date. Check with your enlistment officer
