Some times guys can not be just friends,its all or nothing I would call this guy and have a talk with him explain that you care about your friendship but are not interested in a romantic involvement with him ,he may still be mad but it is better to be honest than to lead this person on.Good luck.

its not ur fault u didnt want to go out with him, just give him some space, and if he still doesnt come around, maybe he just isnt that good a friend to u if he doesnt respect ur wishes. good luck

Either he'll get over it and still be your friend or he won't and you all wont stay friends. If he doesn't get over it he's not your friend.
