Because you haven't introduced the needed yeast into it, all you'd get would be a big ball of mold on a lake of stinky liquid. Proper temperature, yeast and sugar are needed to create wine out of grape juice. Without the yeast there is no fermentation. No fermentation means no wine will develop.

Your refrigerator is probably too cold for fermentation. And if the grape juice had any preservatives it, that'll lessen the chance even more.

No, there is no yeast in grape juice. Plus, even if you added yeast and did that, it would probably not turn out because of all the preservatives in the grape juice.

Unopened, probably not. Open, it's more likely to turn to vinegar since the vinegar bacteria are more common than wine yeast and wine yeast is not airborn. It would probably just turn brown anyway from oxidation.
