well um the advice that i got is change ur phone # and try to avoid him and like don't talk to him or say "stop stalkin me" just ignore him and if he talks to you don't say anything back and if u can't change ur number get caller id for a little while and don't answer or... look u should tell someone who really could give u real advice like a counsilor or sumthin!!!! well good luck in life and i hope u have a wonderful day!!!!!!!

I have two friends who have gone through the same thing, best advice, ignore him as much as possible, don't answer the phone when he calls, except occasionally and then say your busy and you have to go and hang up the phone right then, no buts he should back off, but the phone calls might continue

Well for starters tell him flat out to stop calling you. If he calls from a restricted number don't answer it. Restricted numbers shouldn't be answered anyways. If he continues to call you even after you've asked him to stop, report him to the police. If that even doesn't work, attempt to get a restraining order, that way its illegal for him to call you and even if he does, he can get sent to jail for violating the order you have set on him.

tell him " I'm really sorry ( boys name here) but were over. There isnt anything that can change my mind. so if you could just leave me alone i dont want to see you anymore"
and if that doesnt work scare himm.

Tell him you don't want to go out with him or talk to him and that he needs to quit calling you... you might also mention that he can be arrested for harassment, and that you'll call the police if he continues.

call the police.and make a report.so if he decides to try anything, at least the police will have record of you making a complaint.it is always better to be safe than sorry.if you have older male friends you can tell, then please do.guys that scare girls like that should(and usually do)go to jail.he needs to be told that you find his actions unwanted.good luck .
