a purity ring means that you have made a commitment to not have sex before marriage. You can get them at many Christian book stores. Here is a link that kind of explains it better.

It is a ring you wear which is usually given to you by a parent that is a reminder to stay chaste or "pure". In other words refrain from sex. My mom gave me one when I was younger, it was just a silver ring with a cross on it to remind me to save myself for marriage.
