Although I do not know A) Where Bournmouth is or B) Where a hybaric treatment center is in your area, I can say that here in the states a private party could not buy a hyperbaric chamber.
I would recommend that you contact your local hospitals and ask them if they can assist you.

Many hospitals offer this service. If Bournmouths is anywhere near a big city I would try a large hospital. These are helpful in the treatment of many illnesses, including C02 poisoning.
