How can you tell if your cat is pregnant ?

I was told she (Turkish) was fixed and her brother (Daag) was as well but, he still has his ...little...round...bollocks and with a girl cat ??? How can you tell ?
To move forward, the boy cat is gone and the girl cat in the past few days is looking very round in the belly area (she is wobbling like a duck almost) and her nipples are a bit more noticable.
Maybe my heartbreak of my male cat missing, I am imagining my girl cat to be up the spout ......can brother and sister cats mate ? Or will the kittens come out with 3 eyes and dribbling ?

your cat is pregnant so be expecting some kittens soon and you can tell by the way the female cat is walking and her nipples are noticeable and her belly is rounder
