Could someone please explain my MRI to me?

Impression: 1. No evidence of lumber disc herniation, canal stenosis, or neural foraminal encroachment. 2. There is facet hypertrophy at L4-L5 and L5-S1 without ligamentum flavum thickening.

Pretty much normal for an aging back. Oh, the aches and pains of getting older, but it is better than the alternative, not getting any older.
