Basically, she is very good looking and i am, well, a slacker who is a little on the fluffy side, should i be worried that she'll meet a more attractive guy?

I would trust her. Give her the benefit of the doubt. If she loves you, she won't pay attention to other guys.

This could go either way. Depends on you and the girl. Do you two have trust in the relationship? Does it go both ways? It cold be harmless.
Examples:
Me- I have gone out with girlfriends when I've had a boyfriend. I never even looked at another guy because I'm not that kind of girl. I just like to dance and socialize. But my guy is always welcome to come with me, which he usually wouldn't. I also don't drink much at all and am confident that I am a good person and not too bad looking. :-) I also tend to tell him who I saw, where we went, what we did, etc.
A married friend of mine - She likes to get really drunk. She's an alcoholic. If someone strikes her fancy and she's drunk enough, she would cheat on her husband. Her hubby's a good guy and VERY attractive. Some of the guys she would cheat with were dirt bags and not very attractive at all. There's a whole dynamic dealing with alcoholism and self esteem that plays a part.
Sooo... like I said, it just depends on the individuals involved. Does she ever invite you? Have you met her friends? Does she come home and tell you storeis of what they did? Or if you ask how it went does she just say something like, it was fine. And drop it?

No. unless she has gave you a reason to be worried. stop being a slacker and take her out some nights, go do things with her.
