yes my kittens eat table scraps all the time, we also feed them wet and dry feed but the prefer the table scraps over any of it, not some stuff might not be too good for a cat but most table scraps r fine just nothin sweet, cause it could make them sick, and my kittens r 3 months old turning 4 months old in a week and they have been eating table scraps since they were very little like 6 weeks old it's fine it shouldn't hurt them unless u feed them somethin bad

Miss Kitty, first she is the largest pet we have, rules our home. She is just a very fluffy white mess but she's our baby! okay to answer you, she loves french fries! Potatoe chips! But only as rare treats. But then there was the Puppy Chow! Well the puppy chow was an accident, she got into the pantry (3 shelves up) and ripped the bag (with her teeth, she's declawed) and would knock the food from the hole in the bag and just graze. I am not sure how long she was doing this but when we realized it, we bagan putting the food in plastic containers. Only the scales showed signs of the eating disorder so we just took away her treats and monitored her feeding schedule for several months until we could pick her up and carry her again! Then there was the hampster she played with till death last week, but that is another story! And Miss Kitty also enjoys a spongey flip flop freshly purchased from any dept. store!

THIS IS NOT IDEAL: Here's why:
The first major difference between cats and dogs, is that cats are true carnivores, requiring a diet mainly of meat and meat products. Dogs are omnivores, having the ability to exist on a diet of meat and plant products.
Dog foods are higher in grain products and lack some of these essential nutrients
Right now while your cat is young , the nutrition supplied to him/her is more crucial that if this were an adult cat. So remember you are in a way determining her health for years to come. ;)
Just make sure it's in small amounts and you will be fine. :)

my cat (4 years old) loves my dogs food. i have to try very hard to keep her out of it. but it sounds like your cat is used to eating everything and anything it wants to. that may be the problem. try controlling what the cat is eating.

I had a cat that ate canned dog food and lived 21 years. She supplemented it with a bird or mouse or bunny, but it's what she liked.

Yes, actually they like it, and it's not bad for them. In most cases the dog or cat ( can't remember) will eat the others poop for more nutrition. It's normal

Cats need to be eating cat food. There is nutrition in cat food that is not in human food or dog food. You can kill your cat by feeding it only dog food. Cat food has taurine in it that is NEEDED by cats and dog food does not contain it.

Yes, my cats ate dog food all the time. I don't really know if it is healthy tho. Why are you feeding your cat these things anyway?
