For the LOVE OF GOD, Girl, you don't have AIDS- What a moron to have said that to you!
Attention, you do not get AIDS from drinking and doing handstands- or any other kind of calisthenics either. You get AIDS from unsafe and unprotected sex with someone you don't really know; or blood transfusions or doping...
The red dots are from lack of sleep, and the fact that alcohol is a diuretic; and as such will dry out any mucous membranes in your body.
Wait a week, (less, if your vision is impaired- but I doubt that's the case)- If they are still there after that point in time, then go see an opthamologist. Pick a decent one- none of those in/out cheap cheap eye shops...
Don't listen to the idiots that say you have some stupid social disease from doing handstands, (irregardless of your BAC)!
A few slices of cucumbers, my dear- an ice pack or two if they are also swollen- And then an entire 8-9 hours of beauty sleep for the next few nights.
And always wear sunglasses when you are outdoors. You can actually 'fry' the albumin in your eyes if you are a sunbather. (This too, also heals itself with time).
Rest, and don't worry so much- If, or until, a D.O. tells you you must! Save your stress , and your worry for really important things!
Anne
(And if anybody asks what is wrong with your eyes, just tell them you have corneal measles)! :)

Wow, me and you need to go out for a drink soon, okay? You're my kinda girl! ;)
Seriously though, those red dots around your eyes are probably from doing the handstands.
I used to get red dots all around my eyes/cheek area after throwing up (don't ask). Basically, those red dots are from some kind of strain. Most likely, the blood vessels/capillaries/whatever around your face burst from your straining during your intoxicated handstands. They will eventually go away on their own within days.
Stop doing handstands while you drink, put on less makeup when you plan on going out to Juanito's Beer and Liquor Outlet, and call me so we can go barhopping. :P

You drank too much and then coupled that with a handstand that probably resulted in breaking some blood vessels. You should have a doctor take a look...
