No, Airmen cannot wear the new Army ACU's. The ACU are/were designed spceifically for the Army. It would have to fall upon the Air Force command to purchase the same or similar design as the ACU.
or
Yes, AirForce members can wear the ACU, just not while on duty in the AirForce.

As you have with a bit of luck discovered already, 7 months isn't sufficient time to make certain a convincing distinction in the way Air rigidity treats their human beings vs. how the army treats their human beings...incredibly while nearly all of a while is spent on an Air rigidity base. i'm past AF, and now artwork around a brilliant sort of military. the super distinction i've got seen over the years is the mentality of the human beings in the respective centers. What I see immediately, is that the army as an entire is extra susceptible to make snap judgements while the Air rigidity is extra possibly to talk the reward and drawbacks of a definite action till now taking it. it is to not say that the two way is faulty, because of fact the two mentalities are mandatory while it contains combat the enemy. i'm an analyst, so the AF atmosphere fits me extra useful because of fact I definitely have human beings around me that savour my skillset. attempt to examine something around the army and you're "too wordy" or "you think of too plenty" or "enable's in basic terms bypass kill human beings"...and specific i'm extreme. So it is an argument of what sort of human beings you desire to be around for the main area. they're the two mandatory, and each you might have it is reward and drawbacks while the combat starts. thank you for serving your united states of america and you could desire to make a Senior NCO your terrific buddy...they have "been there and achieved it", and could make your existence common or hard as hell. sturdy good fortune to you.
