Is there any kind of makeup that can cover up small flat moles on my face without looking fake?

Try Dermablend. It's avail at Ulta & most upscale dept stores, it also covers bruising, red birthmarks and tattoos.

light foundation, or concealer and foundation, with little or no powder since powder will cake around it.

be sure to check them once a month for any changes in shape or coloring.
