Can you control your heart beat? Can you make it stop and start again at will? Can you prevent yourself from getting sick or dying? Are you in your own hands , today? Man, since the begining of existance has been trying to control their own destiny and has failed greatly. Oh yes, we now sleep on soft mattresses instead of the hard ground but issue still remains that we need sleep. So ask yourself(businessmen, doctors, lawyer, politicians, and everyone) : Who's really in charge here? Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him? Job 40:9

You are in absolute control of your destiny. Whether your heart beats or not is a physical problem, not a self-determinative one.
Following your argument, there is actually no-one in control of anything, unless you presume that your God causes your heart to beat and then stops it when he is feeling sadistic...
