And if so, do they look like paper dolls?

Triplets can be born to any nationality, including Siamese (slang for Thai). No, they don't look like paper dolls, they look Asian...but they are cute!

PS - I see where this is going and...quadruplets...yes!

Conjoined twins result from a fertilized egg splitting incompletely. In theory, I suppose one of them could split incompletely again, resulting in conjoined triplets. But I think that would be astronomically unlikely, kinda like winning the lottery three times in one day.

Although there are identical triplets, they are formed from one fertilized egg splitting in 2 and then one of them splitting again, to make 3.Siamese twins can be joined anywheere from head on down. It is easier to separate them when they share fewer organs, not paper dolls.
