Do it naturally and only when it feels right... If you asking about Technique and that sort of thing, there is nothing you can really do about that other than pratice... and can only do that if you've had some experience...
Just let it come natural and do what your body says.. just don't take it too far... and be easy with the tongue

Both parties to the kiss- brush your teeth and tongue.
Don't be nervous. Let it happen and don't try to force things. Remember to breathe through your nose, gently. NO biting!!! Slight nibbling is OK.

Hope those help. A kiss means alot more than you may think! You can tell alot about a person by the way they kiss and recieve a kiss.
The first kiss is usually best, at the right time- and certainly not before its time. Don't forget that a kiss could easily be the gateway to much more invasive and potentially pleasureable activity- also not to be attempted before its time.

As said somewhere with atmosphere ie cinema, dance floor, somewhere with music is good.
Something where you engineered touchy activities like dancing close. Tickle fights till you get pinned, or you pin him then what prise does the winner get. Or play wrestle and put up a good wrestle so you are all fired up when one pinns the other and the pinned has to let the other kiss them.
Cinema id good. If a scarey film you can pretend to be scared and need him to hold you close resting up against him so he can put his arm around you (at which point he may try and cop a feel of your outer boob (thats pretty normal as is pretending it was an accident) prelude to kissing...
The there is something in my eye trick may well backfire if he thinks you are really hurt.
Likewise play something where the winner buys the other a milkshake, then up the stakes to a kiss. As you are a bit young for clothes.
But deff get him away from any mates
Move in slow whatever it is till noses touch then tilt headand press lips and go from there...
Squeezing each others butt with nails running hands fingers (ice is good) up and down each others spine and cupping necks in hands etc
Ignore hjge, hottie and thump civilian.
Remember the pyramid one layer at a time built into a strong foundation? You are just (civilian she is at) first kiss level... get the hang of that well and 2nd bas before you get to BJ etc level... Dont rush. And that would come before all the way level... but thats way off for now... let us all know how kiss with boy went

That's kinda difficult. I myself am pretty good at it if I should say so. At least that's what I've been told. If it is more of a lusty situation then be aggressive and don't hold back, go for it. If it is the kind of "I'm falling for you" type of kiss then it should be warm, gentle and sincere. It's a very iffy thing. Also I agree with Mott up above.

There is allot in the first kiss the best thing to remember is don't force, if the moments right then just do it and live in that moment. Afterwards thing about it did it feel right to you. You maybe able to tell by that one kiss allot about that person if you know yourself

make sure u've just chewed some gum or sucked on some mint so that ur breath isn't stank, and make sure ur mouth is not full of spit.. women hate being slobbed all over..
when i kiss my bf i start by running my lips and tongue across his mouth to get him to open his and then we do deed (kissing that is)..
start off slow and relax.. i like my bottom lip to be sucked to...

don't force it. It will be more memorable if you just let it happen. I think first kisses are so memorable. You don't want yours to be a bad memory.
