use a anti-itch cream for the rashes and cocoa butter for the bruises also you can apply fade cream to the inside of your thighs

This has happened to me recently also from an allergic reaction to stress. I broke out in hives and the itching was sooo intense, I actually caused bruising, on the outside of my legs, and on my stomach and chest.
Take some vitamin C, this will help clear the bruising, but it's been two weeks now, and I still see faint bruising.
Have patience.

Well the rubbing is something that sometimes happen to all of us and if your patient they will heal. You might wont to ask a Doctor about the itching but in the mean time drink plenty of water.

i agree with Slobbery! but if u want to cover them up use concealer and foundation your skin color. they well have to go way on there on saddly.

there's a herb called arnica that is in a lot of creams and stuff...get some of that... Vitamin E also....
