Jesus Juice is the highly blasphemous name Michael Jackson called wine that he gave to his children. It is based on The Last Supper, when Jesus said the bread was His body and the wine was His blood.

When I saw your question, I immediately thought of the Purple Jesus drinks we used to have at frat parties.
Vodka or Alcool mixed with Grape Kool-Aid. You don't really taste the alcohol and it's very easy to drink way too much.

Allegedly, Jesus Juice is what Micheal Jackson called white wine to get kids to drink it, so they would get drunk and he could bang them.
It may have other references
