who know's about carpool tunnel? what would relieve the pain from that?

I have carpal tunnel. I have to wear elbow braces sometimes as well as hand braces. Anti inflammatories and physical therapy should ease the pain as well as an ergonomical set up for your computer.

Surgery may not be the cure. There is no guarantee that the surgery is going to help. It may help it for a while, but the person that has it may end up having to have it again
