Men get horny most of the time, and often he can't find a woman to be with, 24/7. So what can one do, watch porn, do cyber, hopefully it's woman, sometimes not, lol. Or if they know a gal well enough, do phone sex.
It's just a release, for them, and it may be, that on their own, they can't get a womanfriend.
Some people, just don't have what it takes, and this way, they are doing it with some other person, not just on their own. I'm sure that makes them feel better.

just cuz they jack off on webcam doesn't mean they are ugly and can't get women...I've known and know several guys who are very hot who jack off on webcam. I think usually they do it because the girl they are interested in lives a long way away so it's the only option. Of course some guys are just weird and perverted.
