It is a bit of a old wives tale, but rub it with a gold ring. The purer the gold the better. There are healing properties in gold, and although this sounds unlikely, I have always believed that it works for me.
If that fails, try a cloth with warm salt water, say one part salt to 20 parts warm water, and bathe every couple of hours, or try a diluted solution of tea tree oil, say 1 part tea tree to 10 parts base oil. Be very careful not to get it in the eye, but instead dab the outside of the eye with a cotton bud. If it goes in your eye, just rinse with cold water.
Take care, hope it works, xxx
PS Don't use any eye make up and make sure you wash towels etc thoroughly, as they are VERY easily spread.

Gypsy remedy, I have been told this works lOO percent, and it would I guess because of the trace elements = think about it!
Collect the early morning dew from the top of cow pats with a bit of cotton, then dab on sty, do this a couple of mornings and the sty will go.
If you have not got a convenient cow pat, try rubbing a cold gold ring on the sty, think its something to do with the nickel in the gold, I find it works for me.
