Depends on the video card, but most likely you need an S-Video cable. Its the round, normally black cable about 4mm in diameter. This will provide your video.

Your audio will be from your sound card or on board sound ports on your motherboard (whichever you use).

This depends on both your Video OUTPUT and your TV INputs.
If you have an "Svideo" connector on your Video Card output, and an SVideo connector on the TV, then an SVideo cable is al you need.

However, if your TV does not have SVideo Connector, you will need an adapter/converter which is SVGA to NTSC. The OUT signal of your Video Adapter is SVGA, and the signal which your TV needs INPUT, is NTSC. The converter will have the proper connectors on either end.

I guess it's S-video cable like the others say. I also know you have to have a TV-In card on your computer.

on very old tv's you would use a 5 pin dim plug to s-video, slightly newer tv use and s-video to s-video lead. in the uk if using a lcd, you use a vga to vga, or vga to dvi lead depending on tv. in usa you would use a svga to ntsc lead. using s-video leads tend to bleed colours so only really suitable for solid images not fast moving fiilms.
