"Now let man think from what he is created! He is created from a drop emitted--proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs." Quran 86:5-7

If one thing in the quran is false, then all of Islam is wrong because the quran is supposed to be perfect from Allah. Then how come the quran teaches that man's sperm comes from his chest?

You are missinterpreting the way it's written. The backbone to the ribs is meant to mean from the bottom of your backbone (your tailbone) ie your pelvis to your ribs. It includes the backbone because this is your spine where your spinal cord connects to your brain. In this sense it is trying to explain that from a single sperm and ovum an inteligent being is created. This is the problem with reading something in translation. It makes much more sense in the origional arabic but you might want to read an english version that has commentary and explanations as well so that it is more clear to you.

"Now let man but think From what he is created! He is created from A drop emitted --- Proceeding from between the back bone and the ribs." (AL-QUR'AN 86:5-7)

Explanation:

In embryonic stages, the reproductive organs of the male and female, i.e. the testicles and the ovaries, begin their development near the kidney between the spinal column and the eleventh and twelfth ribs. Later they descend; the female gonads (ovaries) stop in the pelvis while the male gonads (testicles) continue their descent before birth to reach the scrotum through the inguinal canal. Even in the adult after the descent of the reproductive organ, these organs receive their nerve supply and blood supply from the Abdominal Aorta, which is in the area between the back bone (spinal column) and the ribs. Even the lymphatic drainage and the venous return goes to the same area.

Comments:
If you go by mere translations, you will feel like finding so many errors. Translations are the meaning of actual Arabic Qur'an. To understand Qur'an, visit good Islamic websites and Islamic scholars who are versed in Arabic.

I am Moslem from Turkey. I didnt read any Qur'an in English. Human (firstly Adam) are created from soil or clay, and EVE is created from his backbone!

Look at yourself! you are so perfect that you can ask about your creator! God is so great that he has nothing ordinary and his creatures are all perfect. Sayin" if one thing in the Qur'an is false" is definitely meaningless, you may said it lack of knowledge, you must search more first, you can use google. Man's sperm comes from his chest is another nonsense( which part of Quran?) Quran does NOT teach NONSENSE, there is nothing such nonsense in Quran, where did you read it?

Take a biology course or even a course in Human Sexuality. Sperm is developed in the testes...during the development of a male child the testes grow in his chest area it is later that the testicles lower into his scrotum. With some people this happens before birth, some slightly after and some men don't have their testes descend into their scrotum until they hit puberty and the excessive amounts of testosterone force their body into a sort of accelerated development which force them into the scrotum. So technically this verse is correct be the part of the body that emits sperm does develop in the chest but later on moves to the scrotum.

Is it talking about semen?

"[Shakir 86:4] There is not a soul but over it is a keeper.
[Pooya/Ali Commentary 86:4] (see commentary for verse 1)
[Shakir 86:5] So let man consider of what he is created:
[Pooya/Ali Commentary 86:5] (no commentary available for this verse)
[Shakir 86:6] He is created of water pouring forth,
[Pooya/Ali Commentary 86:6]

See commentary of Anam: 2; Araf: 12; Kahf: 37; Hajj: 5; Rum: 20; Muminun: 12 to 16 and Fatir: 11 for creation of man.

In the spinal cord and in the brain is the directive energy of the nervous system, and this directs all actions, organic and psychic.

Aqa Mahdi Puya says:

The creator who has created man, the most complicated form of an organic being, from an emitted drop can surely let him take a higher intricate form to proceed unto its maker by making use of the special qualities and capacities given to him by Allah. Refer to Yasin: 77 to 82.

[Shakir 86:7] Coming from between the back and the ribs.
[Pooya/Ali Commentary 86:7] (see commentary for verse 6)
[Shakir 86:8] Most surely He is able to return him (to life).
[Pooya/Ali Commentary 86:8] (see commentary for verse 6)"

this translation is wrong. and i have read it in english many time. but in the original Quran it says something different. it never mention backbone neither mention ribs.

in number 7. it mention come out between Solb (something Hard), and Al-taraeb ( i am not sure what is it).

HAHAHAHA.

because of the prolonged population crisis, they tried to confuse.
Also, maybe because the writer was shy about his down theres. Or maybe he's referring to man boobs. Whatever it is, the writer definitely failed med school.

Everybody knows where sperm comes from. Even the pope has his scandalous sidelines and thai monks have their release during their field trips to patpong.

That chest sperm thingamajig is probably just some metaphorical brain juice from a really witty old man.

Many scientific discoveries which prove the Koran to be true have only been discovered in recent times. I'll give you some examples:

More discoveries will be made in the future. As time progresses, knowledge shall unravel, and so will the truth.
