your question is one that depends on you sex. If you are a male then i would say that trimming is not so bad as i myself believe in trimmung and do so with the thougt that in oral sex a ladie would prefer to have me in her rather than a bunch of hair. And if you are a female then either shaving or just a trim to highlight your treasure for your mate or play partner can only be a good thing. remember sexy is sweet.

I like either way but you choose to shave em, then you'll want to of course be very delicate, but mainly you'll want to shave em fresh before every sexual encounter. I was once with a guy that shaved his one day and we had sex the next and he hadn't re-shaved and it was all itchy and not very enjoyable at all.
One benefit of shaving em is that it makes the penis appear longer which has a tendency to enhance pleasure even though appearances can be decieving! Haha!

Most women prefer trimmed. I think they feel shaved is just too feminine.

Just trim. You would look pre-pubescent without any hair at all and it may come off as kind of feminine.
