If the person you are with put on 50lb tomorrow would you still love them? If they were 30 years older, false teeth, wrinkles etc would you still love them?
Is it just their decorative/outer appearance that attracts you or who they are? Or a combination of both?

Amazed so many people said for who they are - I agree but did think lots of people in these astethically pleasing times would be seeking to trade a partner who let themelves go in for a younger/prettier model..

If my fiance was to gain 50 lbs. it would not bother me in the littlest. It may bother her health wise but I would certainly not think any less of her or love her any less because of her weight. She may have developed a health problem and this is the reason for weight gain. And I hope that we are both around in 30 years so that we can clean each others false teeth and admire and count each other's wrinkles. We are all doomed to age and these are just some of the things that happen along the journey of life.
So it is not just her shell that I am in love with but both her inner beauty and external beauty attracted me. Beauty fades but our love will never pale and hopefully we can laugh at each other's frailities when we get older.

if u've been with the person for a long time and have gotten past the point where u like them for more then their looks, than what's the problem? u know the person won't change on the inside. they're still who they are. it may be hard and u might start finding urself attracted to other people, but u remember the good times u had with that person & why u liked them in the first place.

I totally love my guy with all my heart, I've seen him a little heavier and thinner and it doesn't bother me one bit. I love him for what's on the inside, because he has shown me so much and because we have shared so many experiences together...we are best friends and I feel like I have found "home" when I am with him.....the only problem is, he only wants to be "friends" now...I wonder if he will ever realize what he has right in front of his face....probably not..but my love is still unconditional, I can't even turn it off knowing that he doesn't want me like that.....

I would still luv my sweetheart no matter what changes time puts on her face n her body. May b this answer sounds all fake but she knows the fact. So i don't give a damn if no one else believes it. She does the same to me. She would always luv me no matter what happens. I've seen it n xperienced that luv. Luv my sweet heart for the person she is.... BTW she's pretty n cute.....! You know, my fiancee has put on allot of weight since we been together i still love him, he is going thru allot of things with his health and I'm still here. I will never leave him and he knows that.........I love my man for who he is not what he look like...
I want to grow old with this man......getting false teeth, wrinkles and aging is something that i want.....Some people will never get the chance to experience the love that me and him share its so beautiful.

however it's all combination. but i think you shouldnt care about the beauty too much. my gf is somehow beautifull but she the only one understands me very good. that's y i love her.
